I was trying to find vacuum leaks yesterday using propane enrichment. Didn't find anything. Disconnected the battery to reset the ECM. Reconnected, and now when I try to start the car, the starter cranks nice and strong, but the engine doesn't turn over. I didn't really do anything. The car started just fine yesterday morning. Any ideas?

Key on, engine off does the Service Engine Soon (SES) light come on? It should. If it doesn't you could have the ECM reset connector disconnector left disconnected. If it is disconnected the ECM won't get power.

So the starter is spinning but the engine is not turning over?

Either the pinion on the starter is stuck and not moving out to engage the flywheel/torque converter plate teeth or there are broken teeth on the plate/flywheel and they happen to be just where the pinion would engage them so nothing is catching would be my first guess.
