ok so i need to swap in a new 5speed tomorrow but dont have a whole lot of time can anyone give me a link on how to remove the trans without dropping the cradle cant seam to find it right now? thanks!
You should be able to figure it out once you jack it up. The Front 'cradle' mounts can pivot, while you remove the rear ones. This will allow you to drop the rear half of the cradle while you remove your transmission.
Obviously you should have everything disconnected from the trans before 'tilting' to make it safer and easier.
Best of luck!

Try getting two prybars. One on each side of the "tulip" you're trying to remove. Prying on just one side usually works, but sometimes it can cause it to bind enough that it won't pop out. Don't just "lean" on them. You'll likely need to "pop" them. The shock loading will help more than just a steady pressure. (You did drain the tranny... right? If not, it'll drain anyway, in very short order, as soon as the axle pops out.)

If its a manual then all you have to do is remove the bolts holding the engine and trans together and pull the trans straight out from the engine until you can see the input shaft on the transmission clearing the clutch pressure plate on the engine.

Yes, or it will be holding on to the trans and cause it to bind and not want to come off. There are two guide pins from the engine to the trans that are usually tight, but there should be a couple places you can get a prybar in to seperate the two. it has to come back a couple inches before it comes out of the pressure plate.

ok well i finally got the old trans off and the new one on went to see what my clutch travel was which it was very poor so started to bleed the clutch line. well finished that the when to start it up the next day it was very hard to push the clutch it then one i got it half way i heard a spraying noise in the rear end and it got super easy. went back to take a look and there was a mist of brake fluid and the braided line had formed a hole. what i'm wondering is what could have caused all that pressure to do that would it be a seized slave or what?

My guess is that sometime during the trans replacement to hose was kinked. The stock hose has a Teflon liner with stainless woven outer braid. Once the Teflon gets severely kinked or crimped, it gets a weak spot that will blow under pressure.
