ok i got the piston out of the callaper on the rear passager and now it wont go back in as hard as i try

Have you checked out the Ogre's cave? It's at the top of every page. He has some really good diagrams on the brakes that might help you figure out why your assembly isn't going together.

You need the special brake caliper tool for pushing the piston back in. Harbor Freight has both:

The inexpensive version


And the more expensive version

lol i havce both and neather is work the piston for some reson will not get past the sqarcut seal

Try lubricating the seal with brake fluid if you haven't done so already.
