So I just put in new vacuum lines and fixed a bunch of problems but now am having some more. One is with this cold weather it has no power when it is cold. It wants to stall just coming out of the garage into the driveway but once it is warmed up it is perfectly fine. The other is after replacing the lines going to the throttle body my gas pedal is occasionally sticking. Its hard to explain but when i let the engine come back to idle the pedal sticks but once i push it loose its fine till next time.

Which engine?
I could see the 2.8 V6 not wanting to run when cold if the cold start injector isn't firing for one reason or another...
and on most engine's, I'd be on the look out for a coolant temp sensor or air intake sensor gone bad. My Saturn's coolant temp sensor died and was reading -40c all the time...fine when yo ustarted it cold, but when it warmed up, it was running so rich that it carboned everything up pretty quick!
Thats my 2 cents...good luck!

Perhaps you disconnected the cold start injector or the sensor for it when you were replacing your vacuum lines?

The sticking throttle pedal is usually caused by the throttle body gumming up.

Get a clean rag and some injector cleaner spray, give it a good spraying and wipe out the throttle body and plate. Pay attention to the IAC hole as well.

I had the same problem when I got my GT, I was meddling with the pedal for ages until I saw a post on here about it.
