Power to the pump should be run through a relay activated by the PCM. You can hardwire it, but then it will be on anytime the ignition is on probably shorten the life of the pump.

To control it with the PCM using the factiory Fiero fuel pump relay.

Relay DK grn/wht to PCM C2 pin 3
Relay Tan/Wht to C203 pin L
Relay Org/Blk to C203 pin B
Relat Blk/Wht to Ground

If i remember right there are 2 different inputs to the fuel pump, the oil pressure sender and the computer, they both go the the fuel pump relay next to the driver side deck lid hinge, but you have to use a 88 oil pressure sender in place of the 3800 one and you also have to remove the wires from the fiero harness to use in the new harness.

What Mike said. I used Darth Fiero's modification for the fuel pump and it works fine. As Mike can verify, I had monumental problems with pumps. Having the computer control the pump is better than running it all the time.
