I have a jar of 180 proof moonshine.... What would happen if i poor it into the gas tank..... will it blow my motor up or the computer go crazy?

180 proof is 90% alcohol. Same thing as ethanol.
What's the other 10%? I'm guessing water.
It'll run like gas mixed with a bit of ethanol, assuming the other 10% (whatever it is) doesn't cause a misfire.

Now if you've got some nitromethane...

The other 10% should be water that was not removed from the alcohol during distillation and filtering. If it's anything other than water then it should not be called moonshine. If it's made poisonous with 10% gasoline then it can be called E90 and you can get a license to make 10,000 gallons a year at home.
