Hello everyone, I am looking for the trunk dimensions of a 86 GT. I have looked through about 25 pages of threads and have found nothing. A simple L" x W" would suffice and would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, PAPA SMURF.

Problem is, it's not quite that "simple". There are two levels to the trunk.

I realized that once I wrote it. How about the depth (to the deepest part) x the length, I found the width to be about 8 inches (if I an not mistaken). Sorry for the lack of wording. Thanks again PAPA SMURF.

12x43 (trunk gasket to trunk gasket)x22 in deep at the top. The trunk was designed to hold two sets of golf clubs. These were the measurments for my 87 GT. The lower portion of the trunk is 34.5 inches wide with the front sloping down to 8 in at the bottom of the trunk.

As mentioned earlier, golf clubs fit fine. On the other hand, hockey gear... not so fine.
