Check "Fan E" fuse first. Then if your car has A/C with the key in run, switch the A/C on and see if the fan runs, if it does the relay and power source are good. Then take the wire off the fan switch on the engine and ground it to something, if the fan runs your switch is bad, if it still doesnt run you will need to start checking wires. If nothing made it run start checking wires from the fan, the fan itself (run power direct), the relay, and check any connections and be sure they're clean.

I read it as the interior fan for the heater-A/C since he said "won't engage the fan on any setting". Which is it?

You are right Hudini, It's the inside heater fan to blow in hot or cold air. The fan doesn't work on any setting ( high, med, low ) i haven't checked anything yet I figured i'd post first and see what you guys thought. I'll check the fuse this evening , anyone have any other suggestions of things i could check ? its a base model so there is no A/C!
