How do you jumper the fuel pump to make it run continously or to just check it out
to be sure its working.

On the ALDL connector, connect terminal G to a positive wire, like at the cigar lighter.

I was going to suggest that you be more clear about what problem you're having with the car (won't start, etc.), but after all that time here and all of those posts, I guess you've probably learned how to ask a question to get the answer you want.

I'll tell you how I know whether my fuel pump is working. Every time I start the car, the first thing I do is turn the ignition key to the "on" position, at which point I hear the fuel pump loud and clear for about 1.5 seconds before the relay shuts it off.

That check however won't determine if there is an issue with the relay or the ECM priming. Jumping the ALDL will confirm the pump functions independently.

I believe this image is from Jetman showing how it goes:

Edit: Had the wrong picture the first time. I've heard its possible for your ALDL to be mounted in an orientation other than the one shown here, so its important to verify you have the correct pin.
