Have new inner and out tie rods from fiero store for both sides my question is should i paint them before i install them.to keep them from rusting or install them as is.

Paint them. I just replaced mine but was in a hurry and didn't bother.
But now would be the time.

..Painting is not required ,,do this if you want your car detailed..painted supension ,steering and brake parts give a car "different look" a Hot Rod look..
normally I would not paint these parts ,but being low on Fiero money..I painted them just to be doing inexpensive detail work , because I can not afford the $4000.oo in parts & modification I desire..
..this week ,drop down cup holder in the center console

..most of the really nice looking cars on this or any Forum wre build over a long period of time,with attention to detail..
