Alright, I have access to a complete Toyota 2VZ-FE engine and accompanying auto transmission. The engine and transmission are still mounted in the original vehicle ('88 Camry). With all of the stock Toyota parts, what would I have to fabricate in order to make a swap with these parts work? Just the engine/trans mounts? Could I keep the 5-speed I have in my Fiero currently? Would this be a worthwhile swap given the convenience of availability? I don't know a whole lot about the 2VZ-FE other than it makes 160hp, 160ft-lbs of torque and is a very durable engine. Google doesn't turn up any real information about the engine either, just a bunch of parts for sale.

Mounts, wiring harness /w ECM, run cooling and fuel lines, fabricate an exahust system and one of two options: 1. Use the Camry transmission, and if it'll fit, and if the CV shafts even come out anywhere compatable with out setup, you'll still have to somehow make hyrbid CV shafts to fit it (fiero at one end, camry at the other) - a lot of bother, in my opinion. 2. Make an adapter plate to match the fiero trans to the camry engine. It'll have to be exactly the right thickness, if it'll work at all, for the clutch to engage with the flywheel. Assuming the engine spins in the right direction and the flywheel is on the correct side of the engine to work with your trans. - certainly not worth the effort, in my opinion, just to swap in an every-day engine.
It can be done, with enough effort and $$, like any engine swap, but not worth it.
