Just go ahead and rip them off with vise grips and buy new ones. Every single one of mine stripped out as soon as the torx bit looked at them.

Soak with spray oil. use a thin straw the oil came with and small screw driver (geek tool) to get behind plastic face on bolt.

You can cut the top surface of the black plastic off with a knife or razor blade and it will reveal the torx female fitting in metal. A little plastic will remain inside the torx recess. Dig it out with an awl or sharp pointed object. You'll be able to turn them out after that with a 30.

I wouldn't want to rip the screws out as you most likely will damage the metal tab mounts or the plastic door mounting tabs that hold them in place. That would mean your door skins would be unmountable at some points.

If you have a good torx bit Ive found you can get most of them out without a problem. Some might strip out but like IXSLR8 said, just razor knife the top plastic off and you will get them right off with the metal torx.

Last time I removed the door panels, I had one problem bolt. It had rusted so badly that the Torx bit couldn't get any purchase in the screw head. So I cut a slot across the top with my Dremel tool, and removed it with a flat-blade screwdriver.

Just make sure you push hard into it with the screwdriver.
