Search has helped, but some questions remain. Once I saw a labeled picture, that showed all the vac lines labled, but it evades me now -- would someone please repost (or link to) it?

Specifically, where does the brake booster vac attach? And the PCV valve?

Are the two ports closest to the trunk for coolant?

I've got most of the wiring figured out, and am getting closer. Had something new to me happen today, got the fuel lines temp ran and tried to start it, heard the fuel pump start, the ISC wiggle -- but cranked and wouldn't fire. After several attempts, I noticed a small fuel puddle. Uh oh. Stopped, and started hunting. All of the connections were dry..??? Checked the fuel rail, dry too. Hmmm. Raised the car, and to my horror saw fuel dripping from the exhaust. Apparently, three injectors were so jacked that they opened once -- and never closed again. Pulled the intake and rail, and swapped in the 4.9 injectors, pulled the 12V to the coil and pulled the plugs, and old fuel faithful spewed out what it was trying to hydrolock (fuellock) on. What a mess -- but at least no fire yet...

Its trying to run now, but I figure the timing is off. Man, seems like getting it installed would be the hard part..but the details are killing me. Can't wait for that first ride....

Please advise if you can, and thanks, Mike.

If you are not using the evap canister then the only vacuum line is one from the top the the throttle body to the fuel pressure regulator, all the rest are capped. The PCV valve goes in the valve cover., the line goes up to the vacuum line coming out of the Allante Intake right above it, I tee'd off from this line and ran that to the brake booster. One of the coolant line for the heater comes out of the rear head and the other comes off the water pump.

Hope this helps

Are you running coolant through the throttle body conncetions, or is yours capped? I sometimes hit cooler weather and am concerned about icing.

Should I just tee into the coolant pipe right below (the one out of the head)? It has a smaller connection on it, then just feed the return back in line? Thanks for your help, Mike.

There's a big threaded plug in the underside of the plenum, below the MAP sensor.
I removed this plug (it was a b!tch) and screwed a fitting into it for the brake booster. Requires an elbow, as it points straight at the valve cover.
The PCV hose goes to the fitting that is already provided.

As shown in the diagram...
The 1st and 2nd tubes (farthest from the trunk) on the top of the TB are manifold vacuum. They go to the transmission modulator and the fuel pressure regulator.
They both seem to be the same, as observed with a vacuum gauge.
The third one is ported vacuum. Goes to the canister.
The 4th one (nearest the trunk) is capped.
The large canister hose is connected to the side of the throttle body, against the trunk wall.

Edit - my TB coolant line connections are not used. Never had a problem with icing.
They don't need to be capped. The tube just loops through the spacer plate.

Raydar, thanks for the heads up for the booster and coolant solutions, I didn't want to splice the PCV / booster. Will apply your fix monday.
