This probably sounds really dumb, but I cannot get the lower hose at the pipe on my car to stop leaking. Replaced the radiator with a nice all aluminum one, still leaks. Replaced the two year old hose with a new one, still leaks. Replaced the radiator cap, thermostat, and thermostat housing cap, still leaks. Replaced the clamps with new ones (screw type), STILL leaks.

I've worked on newer cars replacing hoses, radiators, etc. with the newer spring style clamp, and have never had a problem with them leaking. BUT I can't find them online anywhere, or in the local parts stores (they just have the little ones for fuel lines).

Ideas?

I would say there is a problem with the matting surface of the hose or the metal. Try to double clamp them or maybe you are not tight enough? When the coolant is warm/hot, try tightening the clamp, this may help the rubber to form to the new shape.

is the hose diameter much larger than the radiator port? or do you mean the coolant pipe running from back to front?
if the coolant pipe, you may have a pinhole on the topside, which you cant see, and its just running down at the hose connection.

It's the lower radiator hose the Fiero Store sells. All the local parts places only carry a crappy flex hose. The hose diameter at the pipe does appear to be a little larger than the pipe, though. Tried double clamping, too, and tightened with a ratchet. Didn't try cleaning the metal on the pipe, but it isn't rusted or corroded at all.

The leak comes out the bottom of the hose at the pipe, runs down it, and collects in nice little green puddles in front of the car.

Try a bead of RTV on the pipe before you put the hose on.

The RTV is a good idea. Or use something like permatex sealant. When you double clamped, did you put the screw 180 degrees opposite of the first clamp screw (sorry, I have to ask)?

The hose isn't cracked on the inside? maybe take it off and see what happens when you put the clamp on it. Maybe there is a wrinkle that forms (a sealant will help with that).

I have had to clamp larger hoses but they never leaked. It sounds like a defect of some sort, somewhere, which you already know

Another thought, head out to the junkyard and pick up some other clamps to try, but I bet the problem is not the clamp, but the mating surface.... hose or metal.

I used the spring or "constant torque" clamps on all the coolant lines on my engine swap. I really like them. The largest I've seen are just under 2"

Larger would be this type:

But I used these for my inlet/outlet clamps:

One wire on each side of the expanded ring on the metal tube. Worm-drive clamps are crap. Too easy to over-tighten.
