Anybody know what the torque settings are for flywheel to crank bolts and for the pressure plate to flywheel bolts ?. Hoping to put my new flywheel on my 3800 soon.

Make sure you use new flywheel bolts (grade L9 or I recommend the correct bolts from GM parts for this engine).

Torque all bolts to 11 ft/lbs first pass, then an additional 50 degrees for the 2nd pass. You will need both a torque wrench and a torque angle meter to do this. If you are using a manual transmission flywheel, the bolts are longer than what is used with an auto trans flexplate - so make sure you get them for a 1996-02 Camaro/Firebird L36 w/ the 5-speed manual trans. The auto trans flexplate mounting bolts will be too short for use with the flywheel.

I go an additional step and add red loctite to the bolt threads.

For the pressure plate to flywheel bolts, you can use the Fiero specs. Some loctite on the threads of these bolts won't hurt either.

I've tried the GM F-Body flywheel bolts and found that the heads cause interference with the clutch disc. Ended up using the BB camshaft bolts that many swappers recommend

Hmm, never had the flywheel to crank bolts interfere with the clutches I have used in these swaps, but then again I've never used anything other than SPEC clutches...

Were those BB camshaft bolts grade L9? If not, you could be asking for trouble. And I don't suggest using ARP bolts either. Those used to be sold to the Grand Prix L67 guys for use with auto trans flexplates and they had lots of problems with them coming loose - probably due to incorrect torque specs for the hardness of the aftermarket bolts.
