I have a 88 duke that I think the pump is bad on. I want to 3800sc it in the future but right now I want to get it running. Can I use a larger fuel pump ,like one from a 3800sc car, in the duke? I'm unemployed right now so it may have to wait anyway.

Thanks Vinny

I was in the same situation back in 2000 with an 88 Duke needing a fuel pump. I went ahead and installed a 350 TPI vette pump and it worked well for the next 6 months before the duke was yanked for a 2.8 upgrade (kept the same fuel pump on it and ran it for 4+ years).
