It is the 20 amp at 3 over and 3 down. Sorry, only has one T.....anyway, there is a bakfeed issue on the Fiero if this fuse is bad the interior lights will stay on. You made sure the dimmer wheel wasnt all the way in the on position too right ?

It shouldnt, but may have caused something else to burn...i doubt it.
If you cant find the problem you should be able to pull the CTSY/LID fuse to turn it off till you track the problem down. It will take power from your decklid release if you have one.

Sounds like you do have a backfeed issue going on somewhere. I am out of ideas for you to look at other then trying to find and check grounds in the lighting circuit.

I would start pulling 1 fuse at a time until the light goes out. That'll get you started on the circuit that's giving the problem. I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Either the overhead light was on, or the courtesy floor lamps were on. Couldn't get them both to go off at the same time. Don't remember what the fix was, but it was fuse related.
First, roll the instrument panel dimmer wheel all the way down, then with the doors closed, start pushing the overhead buttons. Also, something comes to mind about the right front headlight motor relay. Try unplugging it. It's the square one on the side of the headlight mechanism.

see Cave. Sneak path. Blown fuse at Bat Or Ctsy/Lid will do it.
Any car... Option above or not.
Bad door jam switch. Bad dimmer switch.
