Does anyone know what the Thrust Angle specifications are for the Fieros? The shop manuals don't have this number. Apparently GM didn't think it was important enough to specify. It is an easy number to calculate. I'm trying to decide what is a good range.

I have an 87 GT and I'm curious.

I would dial in as little thrust as possible. The thrust angle basically is how much the car crabwalks, or goes sideways. Some shops dial a little left thrust in to compensate for the crown of the road but I would rather have my car drive straight than be trying to always pull to the left.

I agree... thrust angle should be kept to a minimum... and preferably zero.

I was thinking about using 0.025 but that was just a guess.

Is 0.03 some sort of spec or is that just a suggestion? It sounds good to me.

See this thread for OEM '88 alignment specs. You will see that there is no explicit spec for thrust angle, probably since thrust angle is just a by-product of rear toe and which can be defined as half the difference in toe between the two rear wheels. If one rear wheel were aligned at the lower toe limit (0.05 degrees) and the other rear wheel were aligned at the upper limit (0.25 degrees), that would result in the maximum possible in-spec thrust angle of +/- 0.1 degrees ... i.e. thrust angle = (0.25 - 0.05) / 2. As Bloozberry correctly stated, you always want the thrust angle to be as close to zero as possible.
