Are the rear strut mounting bolts the only way to adjust the rear camber on an 88GT? Thanks.

Yup. I prefer these bolts from www.NAPAonline.com - PN NCP2643609

www.rockauto.com has the equivalent Spicer unit PN 6161014

Thanks, fierosound.

I'm going to grind the back of the cast strut mounting arm so, the KYB's camber can be adjusted.

Not sure what needs grinding. Better post a picture first so others can see.

I've heard of that problem before, with aftermarket struts.
I forget what I read was supposed to be ground, however. The knuckle or the strut.

the knuckle gets ground. on some 88's there is a casting remnant that will stop the adjustment from going its full travel.
I know I have this issue on one side of my 88, but I found out about it after I changed the bolts. the obvious sign I saw was the ridge the cam washer rides on is rounded off and the cam washer rides up and over it long before it gets to full travel. the interference point would then be at the top part of the knuckle.
I thought there was a thread discussing that somewhere, but I don;t think it was obviously titled so it will be hard to find.

Yep its the little pointy part on the upper back side of the knuckle. You don't have to grind it much.

I grinded just a little amount (1/16") from the picture above across the total width with my die grinder and the Strut assembly slid in very easily and the camber can now be adjusted!
