Hey all,

So in waiting for my new solenoid from the Fiero Store, I decided to mess around with my current one to see if I could maybe figure it out, or at least make driving a little better temporarily. Long story short, i broke one of the tubes on it... The one going from the side tube to the vacuum sensor (which looked like **** anyway...) so I started wondering if it would be OK to run w/o the damn thing plugged in at all.

I let it idle for a while, got it warm, and it didn't idle badly, gave it a little throttle, nothing seems bad, but I do need to hit the freeway to head to work here in about an hour and a half, and was wondering if it would be OK? Since I broke that short tube I figure I'll get a code either way. Better to plug it in and have it mess up, or leave it unplugged until my shipment arrives?

Well I just called TFS, and they tracked my package, it might be arriving today so I might not need the advice, but I'd still like to know just in case

Thank in advance!
