I'm an old and globally satisfied customers of TFS with more than 5000$ purchase.
However, I was deeply disapointed with the following items: - Ball joints and Bearing are all made in China - The small engine shock absorber was rubbish (also made in China). I could make it move much more easily than my old one! - The door seals (quite expensive) do not stay on place (falling from the top) and are making a hell of wind noice while driving on high way.
Considering the amount of parts I purchased from them, the general rating is still positive, their service is good.
I sometimes does not understand why they cannot offer parts you can find on Auto parts such as AC compressor (i replaced it), AC condensor (I purchased from them several years ago but it is not available anymore), etc.

I'll tell you what the biggest problem with the Fiero Store is:
They are a vendor/manufacturer for tons of parts that are no longer available for the Fiero. As Fiero owners need more parts, Fiero Store listens to their comments and acts upon the demand for the part. The biggest issue with them is that they develop a part, test it, and then they mass-produce it. Basically, it is an issue of "How fast can we hammer out these parts for a profit?" There is no quality control what so ever. Their answer to faulty parts is "We will send you a replacement ASAP". As I have said before, there should not be a REASON to send another part if the job was done right to begin with. Everyone comments on their excellect customer service with rectifying an issue but there are WAY too many people that have problems with the initial services. As a good business, the parts should be checked for flaws before shipping, checked before sealing the box to make sure everything is shipped as itemized, and the most important thing....making sure they ship the right part to the proper person. I read about a member ordering brake lines and getting a door skin instead....go figure.

I bought a throttle cable there, it broke within a couple days, It couldn't handle the heat, got one from a junk yard and have had no problems. Same thing with a shifter cable. They aren't designed to handle the engine compartment heat.

I find those GT tail lights are really, really good. They had a batch that was bad regarding the letters for the Pontiac sign. Now they only have the rest of the "specia" taillight. Now...they should have more made or another batch. I heard they sold the tooling for the taillights. If this is true, that's stupid. That's one of the most selling items for a restoration for some that want to paint their GT. Who wants to have a nice paint job and old crappy taillights. Probably some day they won't have anymore and many fiero owners will need / want them and will not be able to find any.
As for the GT windows, I can see them not trying to buy the GM tooling. They found the tooling for other parts, what's up with the windows?? They would make good money from those windows and make many fiero owners happy. If they can do it with the taillights, why not the windows...?
There are many nice parts that I have bought, but I think the only vendor that I have never had quality issues is Rodney parts. He got the "quality control" under control...

I bought a reverse switch for the 4 speed, and I had to return, receive, return, receive, return, receive; and none of the parts worked. I finally bought a used, functional switch from Kick Hill Farms. Also, the new Corvette style exhaust tips have to be adapted - they are not a "direct fit."

I have ordered lots of stuff from TFS over the last couple of years, they sell good parts and have good customer service. Liviging in the UK my only grumble is that they charge a lot for postage, I now often get parts from elsewhere in the USA whenever I can simply because of the postage, having said that TFS stuff does arrive fast.
Over the last two years, I purchased a lot of parts from TFS. They have all been great except the door seals. They are made offshore and of OK quality. I put them on my t-top, so I had to cut them down, but the seal around the bottom of the glass at the fronnt of the door was poor. I had to put spacers behind the seal to get them to not leak. Also, their seals do not have drain holes at the bottom like factory seals do. Since I had to cut the seals for my t-top, (I cut them above the door because I was using Camaro seals for the t-top), they filled with water. The water actually bubbled through the seals to the inside. I cut some drain holes and all is well. Bottom line, they are better than old, hard seals but not of the best quality. I managed to make them work, but I should not have had to go thriough with all the extra work. Jim
