Can the regal gs pcm be used for the 3800sc swap ,can it be programmed ?

I wouldnt use it if it was a 97.

Yes a 98 regal GS will work, I am running it now. You will have to wire it differently than the typical Grand Prix wiring you see on here. You will also need to bypass the passkey. It would prolly be easier to flash it to a GP file and wire it that way.

This is correct.

98 wiring is slightly different than 99+, but I think in terms of fieros it is the same.
