I'm putting my wiring harness back on my motor, and i am guessing that it would be wise to use some grease, but do I need any specific type of grease? What is the best for all of the sensor connections? Thanks!

dielectric grease

It will protect the connection and won't conduct electricity

That is some good advice right there. I use it for every electrical connection. Keeps moisture out of the connection, and keeps your connections from deteriorating.

yes, another vote for the die-electric
for high current connections, which may generate heat - there is also the "peanut butter", which is thicker, and wont get runny from the heat. you'll often see this stuff on lightbulb connectors.
but, overall, ANY grease is better than dry - even grimey axle grease.

"you'll often see this stuff on lightbulb connectors."

GM Ford etc uses "bulb grease." Bulb grease is another kind of grease. Will not run like normal Dielectric.

"but, overall, ANY grease is better than dry"

Maybe... Some grease eats plastic or worse... burns. Dielectric grease like most plastic and doesn't burn. Burn? Think switch etc.

Also some greases might be metallic and conduct electricity shorting out the connector.

That is why it is best to use the correct grease. Dielectric or some other variant as people mentioned
