http://www.gmtuners.com ) in Fort Wayne, IN. They've an excellent reputation, and they offer "Custom Chip/PCM Reprogramming" for 3800 engines. It looks like that support includes even the naturally aspirated LN3 you have, if you want to keep that engine. However, unless you leave the car there for awhile, trying to effect electronic tuning repairs on
any car "long distance" can be time-consuming.
If you want a 3800 Series II engine swap instead, you'll
really like the first picture that shows up in the link I just mentioned, given your earlier comment:

I suspect, however, that a Series II engine swap isn't going to be as "cheap" as you'd prefer:

Accordingly, you may be better off fixing the 3800 LN3 that you have first, even though, as you know, the Series II is the more desirable engine.
