Random question: Is the stock color for the side mirror housings, GLOSSY black, or a semi-gloss?

Mine don't match (one is flat black and the other is glossy but scuffed black) and I want to refinish them properly while I have everything apart.

I never paid attention to anyone elses mirrors but I thought they match the color of the car from the factory. My car was white with white mirrors.

The stock color is a semi-gloss black, neither flat black nor glossy black.

Thanks, that was what I suspected. I've been looking at pictures but in most, the mirrors are too small to tell for sure.

Yes the stock are semi-gloss. If you want an example of another look, I went gloss on my latest paint job.

SEM "Trim Black Paint" is what I used for all exterior black items. It comes in a rattle can.
