Check fluid level in clutch master first.
Then check for leaks bypassing internal seals in the master (inside the car on the front wall, follow the banjo rod) as well as the slave cylinder at the push rod end. Just pop off the rubber boots and look for fluid, if wet that is your problem.
If you find nothing in these areas the next thing to check is your hard line front to back. Usual locations for leaks are up front where the line makes the S curve from center of drivers side to the outer frame rail but can develop a leak anywhere from rust through.

Sounds like you need to rebuild the master/slave cylinders.
It's cheaper then new ones and just as good. I always rebuild
both as it is the whole system you want to address when fixing
it. Take a look in the master cylinder reservoir and see if the
fluid is all black. An indication the seals are disintegrating
and need replacing. If you have never bleed the clutch system,
then do a search as there is alot of info. I use a power bleeder,
and the mounting studs for the slave cylinder are long enough
on my 88GT that I can bleed the system without mounting
the slave cylinder. That way I can shake/tap the cylinder
,while bleeding it, to get all the air out. Then I mount the
slave cylinder after everything is bleed.
