I have a couple of questions concerning my 85 2.5. I havent been able to drive it much and it has been sitting for close to a month.

1. My oil/water temp light is now on constantly.

2. I have white smoke billowing out of my tail pipe. This just developed this morning before i was going to leave for school.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it sounds like a blown head gasket or cracked head. May have overheated ("oil/temp light constantly on") and either blew the head gasket or cracked the head. Just a guess though. Others will chime in here.

Was it cold outside? If it was its most likely steam
