I have a 3800SC and I'm about to add a boost gauge. Fieroflyer showed me which line I could T off of but it seems like a really hard plastic line. I don't think it would stretch over a T fitting? Are there any lines that are a little bigger that someone else has used? any help would be great... Thanks

I suggest redoing ALL vac lines on 3800 swaps nowadays... because most reroute things.. and the stock lines are very brittle after a few years...
Anyway you can just T into any place you want, but you are going to use a female T fitting, that plugs over the plastic line, and then you can run the gauge line from there. Make sure you are running from the "under blower" port and not from one on top of the blower....
If I was you, I would eliminate the BBV solenoid, and just bodge my boost gauge in place of that, no T required.

I see double talk here. Now you are saying to eliminate the BBV solenoid. In other threads to telling people not to remove it.

just like dark said you can tee it off of just about anything, If you can tee it off of the map sensor, I use a scanguage and it does all engine perameters, Knock, boost, LTF trim, STF trim, throttle percent, o2 voltage, mph, Trans temp, coolant temp, battery output, Idle air control valve position, mostly everything under the sun, And i hook it up to my diagnostic cable.
There kind of expensive, You can probally find one used for $200 or lower,
