Long story short, I think I have a bad ballast in my HID set up.
The bulb is flickering and I swapped the bulb over to the other ballast to make sure it isnt the bulb.
Anyways, I bought a ballast from another car (not the same as the original ballast) and the connector on it is different. This ballast connects to another type of bulb. However, they are both 35W ballasts. Is it possible to cut the wires and splice them to my H4 bulb and it will work fine? Or is there more to it..
