I have noticed that it is hard for people (mostly BMW drivers) to talk on their cell phones and make lane changes. This becomes more apparent to me now that I drive a little black car. I fully understand that I made the decision to buy this car knowing that little black cars just become transparent on the road. For a while, I drove around with my lights on and this did make a difference. Especially with people pulling out in front of me. I am not a fan of pop up lights and do not like the "look" of them up. My cheap solution was to install Pilot NV-534 fog lights into radiator intake. The install was very easy as the brackets were aligned to the metal bar. I then ran the power wire though the firewall and used to relay hooked up to the accessory wire. This way the lights turn on when the car is running. I also installed a switch just in case I do want to turn them off. Just as I finished the install, it started to rain. I will take pictures once the sun comes out again. I can say that when the lights are not on, the black case matches the black car and they seem to disappear.

That is a sexy Fiero.

I have my driving lights mounted in the same spot as you put those. Mine are more visible as they are a traditional 2" by 5" rectangular design.
