EDIT: my fiero is an 86 V6. I usually get this assortment of codes while i'm coming home from school on the freeway.
I get 13 (oxygen sensor failure), 24 (Vehicle Speed sensor), and 32 (EGR vacuum control). I've never noticed anything wrong with the speedometer so i dont know why I get the code 24, i just replaced the oxygen sensor so I dont know why i get code 13, and 32 is just a thing that happens to all fieros. In the past i have gotten codes for the MAT being too low. I have a 180 degree thermostat. No vacuum leak. No exhaust leak.

Now do these codes explain why i get 15 MPG, my idle is irregular and hunts? Also, after a cold start it shoots up to 2000 RPM, after a minute it gets to 1500 (hunts) and eventually get down to 950 (where it still hunts). I dont think the injectors leak because it starts very easily.

I know WinALDL is the answer to everything but i aint got 50 bucks for a lousy cable. So i'm asking this forum, why wont my motor act right?

Yes, all those codes are for problems that will negatively affect your mileage and performance. The ECM gets the VSS signal from the speedometer so even though the speedometer works the signal is lost between there and the ECM. Code 32 is fairly simple to deal with, look at Buddycraigg's (note, two g's) thread on that. Code 13 can result from faulty wiring between the sensor and the ECM or a faulty connector at the sensor. What you should do is clear the codes by unplugging the ECM power then see what codes come back. It's not uncommon for stale codes to hang around for a long time.
