Ok this is my problem, I have an 88 fiero with a 3.8SC and a 5spd Getrag. I have close to about 10,000 miles on my clutch and the day it started getting cold my clutch started to slip real bad. If I drive normal it works fine but the second I start getting into boost my clutch just wont hold. Is there a way to addjust that or does this mean I need a new clutch? I have been reading the other forms to see what clutch is recomended. I seems like the stage 3 or 3+ is the most popular but the same amount of people who spoke good about it there is the same amount who say they will never buy that clutch again. Just wanted to know if I do need a new clutch, what would be my best choice for street/strip. Also would I need to get a new flywheel? Well please let me know. Thanks for your time.

Can't help you on the type of clutch, just offer some possibilities.

On the slipping: one reason could be that as the clutch disk wears the PP fingers tend to move closer to the TO bearing. If you are limited on your clearance between the TO and the fingers you might not be allowing the clutch to engage all the way.
As a test pull your clutch arm that the slave pushes on back toward the slave and see if you have movement there. Its a little hard to tell since you might feel the fork tap against the TO instead. Judgement call on that.
Depending on the type of TO you have it may move anyway if the TO has the spring retainers on it instead of the groove type.
So move it away and back and see if you can feel the TO tap against the PP. If there does not seem to be any play that could be your problem.
As far as FW if it's not in to bad of shape you can have it refaced for less than a new one usually if needed. Just have to find a clutch/brake shop that does them.
