It's on my long list of things to do and thought I'd gather some of the best ideas...

Going to hijack your thread for a minute. After rebuilding the gears in my 87's passenger side headlight motor, it's been a little slower than the drivers side. Both were rebuilt the same way, but the passenger side is still slower. Fix?

On a flat parking lot, measure out 175 feet. Set up a target 2 ft off the ground. Set your light to low beam and through a blanket of what ever over one head light and adjust the open one to the center of the target. Then cover the other light and do the same thing. In Texas it is recommended that both low beams intersect at 175 feet in front center and 2 feet off the ground.

I drive out in the boonies late at nite, stop on the crown of a straight flat, deserted road, and set the high beams where I want them to hit. Then the low beams take care of themselves.
