so... any answers?

my doors jitter when I hit a major bump.

I placed a 1.5 inch thick piece of spong where the door slams tight to the frame and there was much less jitter (sort of like an extra stopper), but it doesn't look nice :S

What have you guys done?

PS: I hate hearing rattles, squeaks, and noises while driving. I have managed to elliminate 80% of these noises so far

Yep, that's about how long I put up with my rattle as well. Glad it helped.

Here's what happened to me.
I replaced my pin with the HELP part.
It worked great.
Perhaps I torqued it down too hard but later that day the Chinese washer it came with snapped in half.
I put my old washer on and it's been great ever since.
So moral to the story is save that GM washer just in case!
