I know its under the hood but I forgot where and what it looked like. I need to unplug it because it constantly keeps doing the random windshield wipe. -Thanks

The harness connects directly to the wiper motor. However, it would probably be easier to just pull the wiper fuse, then memorize where it goes so that you can put it back in by feel. That beats climbing out into a rainstorm to get your wipers working again.
