I've searched and can't find the headlight relay location, not the headlight motor relay.

That's because there is no headlight relay. The lights get power straight from the dimmer switch on the steering column, which gets its power from the headlight switch.

There is a relay on the drivers side mounted on the fender right beside the headlight bucket. This has been know to cause issues with the headlight motors operating properly.

My best advice when it comes to your Fiero is to "NOT" do any dealings with www.kitcarman.com

Yes that is the headlight motor relay on the 1Gen system.
You will also find an Isolation relays on the fender by the left bucket which feeds to both the relays on the buckets.

In his original post, he was asking about a relay for the headlights, not the headlight motor. No headlight relay on a Fiero.
