Well, in my 88 formula, when I start off, sometimes, my engine has almost no power, then I when I get up a little in the rpms it starts to kick in. It didn't used to do this. Also, when I go to start it again, after it's been running for a while, it take a long time for it to start, where as when I start it after it's been sitting all night, it starts right up. I thought for a while it was my fuel pump being buggy, but I'm not sure now. Anybody got an idea?

Try checking your CTS, if its reading off it will run funny, always reading cold would make it run rich and bog when heated, reading hot would make it hard to start and run lean whenever the engine was lower than the tempature it thinks it is.
You wont neccessarially get a SES with a faulty CTS, as long as its still within the range, it wont trip the ECM, even if its always reading one tempature.
