was wonder been reading around are the 3.4pr heads the same as the 2.8 reason im asking is ive been looking for a set of 3.4 if the 2.8s are the same im gonna slap myself cuz ive been waiting for the yard to get a 3.4 so i could pull them but they have 3 2.8 sitting there i know lol ive stripped all of them of the intakes lol lemme know yall or better yet is there a better set of heads to use on a 3.4pr that i should be looking for thanx yall skoon

The 2.8 Fiero heads and 3.4 Camaro/Firebird heads are the same. There is nothing better available unless you are willing to do an engine swap.

i am indeed going from a 2.8 to a 3.4pr so are there better heads for this swapi should be looking for? thanx yall

It's nearly impossible to read what you wrote, it looks like gibberish, but near as I can tell you're wanting to know if there are better heads for the 3.4? If so, then no, as far as I know there aren't. You can look around for a set of 3.4 heads (they're the same casting as the .28 heads) that have been ported and, more importantly, verified on a real flow bench.

Remember, punctuation in writing is much like accents in spoken language. If you want to be "different" by ignoring the basic rules of writing and making it impossible for most people to understand you then you shouldn't be surprised if most people choose to ignore your requests for help.

there are 2 types of 2.8 heads: small valve & large valve. Fiero uses large valve
the 3.4 heads are also the large valve heads.
the small valve heads were used mostly on rwd carb/tbi S-10's

sorry bout the puncuation. im at work so i have to normaly type quick when i get the chance. yes looking for the best set of heads for a 3.4 push rod block. im pulling a 2.8. thanx yall for the help skoon
