Hi folks. As a few may remember, I bought an 87 GT back in February, for an eventual V8 SBC swap. Well, since gas sky rocketed, and my only other daily driver is a Jeep with 35" tires that gets 12.8 mpg, I have been running the GT as a DD.
So, my engine is coming together nicely, and it'll probably be done by the end of the month, but I won't be ready to do the swap till probably this winter, or maybe even next spring.
So my question is, can I drop the cradle out of my 84 parts car, and start the prep/mount work on it, to eventually install that cradle into my 87?

I guess basically my question is, will the 84 cradle work in the 87 GT?

Shouldn't be too hard, just take your time and route the wires properly

Bag and label every section of bolts you take off
