What years were getrags put into fiero's? What year did they use izuzu's? I might buy 2 cars. 1's an 85 or 86 4 cyl. 5 spd. Which tranny would be in this car? The other is an 85 or 86 6 cyl 4 spd. Which 1 would this be? Guy cant find the titles yet so I cant be sure of years. I remember a while ago that a forum member posted how to tell what year by the vin, but I cant find the thread. Thanks

Getrags were the 5 speeds put behind V6's only. The 4 speeds were Muncies, but arguably as strong as the getrags.
