After swearing I would never have a sunroof car, I now have this sunroof Indy.

What does it take to remove the sunroof seal? To replace it?

Any good links on the procedure? Any place (besides the Fierostore) to buy one?

Fiero Store only source I know of. Might come with instructions if not FS has excellent tech support. Also, any GM dealer can provide you with a service bulletin print out for Fiero moonroof seal.

It's pretty much a take the old one out, clean out the channels, and install the new one using something lime 3M weather seal adhesive. Not sure but I think the seal is supposed to go in one way, ie. there's a front and a back.
If your channels are rusted out I think the fierostore now sells replacements.

Also look to see if it's got the drain hole mod. Basically a couple of small holes drilled in the front corners of the channel area through the SMC to allow any water that gets in there to drain down inside the A pillars. If not, search the net or on here and I'm sure you'll find a description of it.

Here's a couple of links that I've kept...

http://www.kichline.com/chu.../sunroof/default.htm

If you need to replace the channels (Fiero Store has new ones), you will need to remove the headliner inside the car to access the rivets and screws.

Thanks for the links!

I didn't know if the seal would just pull out or what and I didn't want to break anything on my new toy.

I replaced mine and it was easy. However, it still didn't fix the leak or wind noise only reduced them some. Wind noise is still high. Any one else have this continuing problem?
