Can you tell if there is a lower rubber spring pad on the front suspension?
I took a look at the FieroStore but they only sell upper spring pad.

It is a 86 GT suspension...

You don't need much... I've seen people use rubber garden hoses cut open and wrapped around coils before. Go to your local parts store and see if they have a couple different kinds / sizes and see if one will work.

All it 'really' does is cushion the impact of the spring hitting the control arm preventing a noticable click of two metals touching, your spring isn't going to fall out w/o one.

Ok thanks for the info. I will go to my part store and see if they have something that fit there.

I just took mine apart and I didn't have any. My suspension was never touched before I took it apart so its not like someone left it out or something.

Only on the top - you need to index the spring to fit the perch on the lower control arm, but it is metal to metal on the bottom.
