I have a wire short, battery positive terminal is sparking when i touch the terminal to the battery post. My battery is draining overnight. I pulled every fuse and could not isolate the problem to anything connected to the fuse block. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions

See if either of your headlight motors are making clicking noises while the vehicle is at rest. If so, disconnect the blue wire on the offending motor and see if the battery drain stops.
i had turned the wheels on the motors cause one motor was hard to open. Turning them, what do they do and could they have something to do with it? and what does the blue wire do?

Turning the wheels does no harm, but if you have to use the wheels to open the light, you should disconnect the blue wire anyway. If it's connected, the motor could decide to start running, and if a finger is in the wrong place -- ouch! The blue wire sends juice from the isolation relay to the motor.
i checked that, the way i was using it was small adjustments so that the motor would lift up light, otherwise no sounds of the motor, they seem to work properly.
did you try disconnecting the alternator just to see.
You might have to go to the fusible links and start disconnecting there to find the short. The fusible links are before the fuses and protect things the fuses don't.
i was thinking about them, how do you go about checking the fusible links. how do you tell if its the alternator or wiring? i had removed alternator from battery and it doesnt run. I was told you can do this and it should run, but it is charging battery. how would the alternator or fuseable link drain battery?

you can't disconnect the alternator with it running on computer controlled cars, this may actually do damage to electronics. If you disconnect the alternator - with the key off - and your battery draw goes away, you know the alternator is shorted. May not be your problem just a suggestion. The fusible links won't cause a battery draw, but what the protect may be drawing voltage, like the headlight motors. Just disconnect them and see if the battery draw goes away.

Soumds like you have several problems with the headlights. Un plug every thing going to the two motors, ans see if the drrain ends. You can crank them up by turning the knob. They should come on and light up, and then off by the switch.
