I ran a search and could not find anything on this subject. My problem I noticed tonight was when rolling the window down it go to a point and stop/bind. I would then try to roll more and it would continue for a ways the stop again. Rolling up is not a problem. Is something off or need adjustment? I tried it several times and decided to leave it alone as it is cold and snowy and I don't want to be driving with a window down.

Power windows or non-power?

Is it being scratched as well? Could be the felt guides. Other than that, it's something in the door binding up, either misrouted wiring, the gears themselves, or a power motor.

I think you're right, either that or something with the bell crank is messed up.
