So my headlight work for a couple mins but then once they get hot I guess they start to flicker at the same time. If it turn them off for a while and turn them back on they work a whlie and do the same thing again... i think its the relays, but i want to know for sure before i buy new relays... Any ideas?

Are you saying the lights themself flicker. Is it very fast of a slow flicker.

There are no relays for the lights only the light motors to raise/lower them.

If both lights are flickering I would suppect your light switch. They have a thermo cutout in them in case the lights get shorted in an accident. I've had one that got weak (on my 71 Duster) and would turn off after the switch got hot from the dash dimmer.
