I am installing new clutch and have two question:
(1) When installing pressure plate is there an orientation based on balancing that I need to consider?



(2) When mating cradle to engine/transmission, which (2) of these (4) holes does the trans. mount attach?

Think I figured it out:
(1) Match the paint mark on the pressure plate to the "X" stamped on the flywheel.
(2) Front Getrag mount bolts go into the (2) outboard bolt holes labeled "B" in the image.

(1) Couldn't find an "X" on the flywheel, or a mark on the new pressure plate.....so I just bolted it up where it landed!
Also, didn't have an alignment tool so I used a deep socket that just fit through the clutch disc and into the recess in the flywheel. It worked great. Clutch operates smoothly.
(2) I used the two (B) outboard hole 'cause that's what the factory manual showed for a Getrag (Muncie) 5spd.
