the first one comes out just under the right side of the air box

the second one is mounted to the firewall and comes out just left of center (it is behind the engine and is not visable in the pic but it is close)

my car is idling at 3k so I think it is vacum anybody know where they go?

are they about 1/2" metal tubes?
those are no longer used. one end plugged in to the air filter and the other plugged in to the valve cover.
it would soak the air filter in oil so GM changed things a little bit and now there is a different tube that goes from the valve cover over to the big rubber hose right infront of the throttle body.

i'll see i can find a pic

oh yeah - and the other lines you are seeing is the "old - pre-recall" PCV system. often the old lines are left in place. makes it look like something is missing.
the new one connects near the throttle body - that 1/2" T on the snorkel just before the throttle body.

stuck open IAC, broken EGR tube, brake booster vacuum leak, IAC tube not set right, or some other vacuum leak.

edit: for that large a leak - you should be able to hear it
