I ordered mine from WCF. I recieved it within 2 weeks, and it was way easier than trying to find a flywheel, find someone to machine it, someone to balance it, etc. It may cost more, but it was easy.

And you PAY for convenience. Down side is if thier flywheels are anything like thier mounts, that sucker will be going through the bellhousing................
Never had any problems with the Aluminum ones I sell. They all come balaned for what ever series engine you have. I have had some made for other applications like a V8 swap and such.

This might have been true about 3-4 years ago but not today. I have ordered several sets of WCF mounts here recently and they are on top of it now. I was leary about ordering from them being the first set I had from them was full of pin holes in the welds and needed some work(these where from years ago). But I can tell you now that there mounts are nice, with clean welds, line up, they offer the late model 65E trans mount and there shipping is pretty fast.
This is what I have seen of WCF and there products as of todays times.

OOOOOhhhhh OOOOOhhhhh. I need a flywheel for my SC S1. it's externally balanced. so I can't use a fancy balanced flywheel. it would need to match my flex plate imbalance.
Do you have?
I would have to agree about the mounts. I have a set from them and they are stout. I did talk with them about a flywheel for my motor and all they where going to do was have me send them my pre 88 flywheel and my 3.8 flex plate and weld up the fiero 2.8 bolt holes and redrill for the 3.8 holes with the imbalance in the proper place. I was like "Thats all I get for how much?!!" LOL.

Last I knew WCF's 3800 flywheel ISN'T balanced. It's just cut down. You can get away with this in many cases, BUT NOT ALL. Mine had to be balanced. So you'll still have to pay the $80-$100 to get the flywheel balanced.
