Hi,. I did the rear Seville conversion using Dpwoods adapters. All bolted up well. I bled them yesterday but I had a bad brand new caliper to begin with on the drivers side. Changed it out and now after adjusting the hand brake the piston on the bled caliper moves out and clamps down but the drivers side only moves a little. I used the Pontiac 6000 cable on the drivers side. I'm gonna bleed the whole system as soon as my dad gets home to help me. Mahbe the piston needs to come further out of the bore to get it to reach. Its all the way in now. I think it just needs to be bled since I think it did the same on the passenger side to before I bled it. Anyone have any info on how these calipers adjust? If anything I guess I can use the same procedure as on the old Fiero caliper to hand adjust them. Thanks.

Sounds like you need to re-do the bleeding and do all 4 wheels. On the prototype we used a piece of surgical tube down to a little pot to keep things clean and organized. Don't forget to disengage the parking brake before you bleed. Also, all 3 cables to make sure none of them is hung up. And..... don't overtighten the parking brake

Yeah I think it needs to just be all bled again. My center cable may be shot to but the passenger one works and clamps down good. But that is after the last bleeding. If I remember correct that one didn't work either before bleeding them. On the bad new caliper I first had it was like the hand brake lever was broken inside. It would just move all the way up and th episton woulden't even come out. I chacked this one before putting it on and the piston goes in and out with the lever.

I have two sets I bought but have not been able to find the time to instal either set on one of my Fieros. They are nicely built though so I don't see any problems installing them other then the usual fun bleeding the brakes to get rid of all the air. I would reccomend them as a good product and a good way to keep the E-brake when using non stock calipers and rotors. Dan
