I have a 1995 Eaton M62 (gen 3) supercharger from a SC3800 Series 1.

I am putting this supercharger on a much smaller engine (2.5 liter), which means a need a pulley larger than the stock 2.8" currently on it.

I am trying to find out if the 3.8" pulley found on M90 superchargers on 3800 series 2 engines will fit the older supercharger.
If not, where would one find a 3.8" pulley for a 92-95 M62?
Thanks
Kurt

If so, zzp makes them from 4.2in to 2.6inch

all in the mid to low 2's. Do you know if you have the early or late gen blower? the early will have a 2.85, the latter will have a 2.5.

you can make up for it with underdrive pulleys. though if you could get a pulley from a mr2 M62 you could have a deadly combo with a clutch.

I have the later S1 3800 blower from 1995, which has the larger pulley. The larger pulley was used in later years to offset the greater efficiency of the newer gen blower and keep the boost at the same level as earlier cars.

I already emailed ZZP and they didn't seem to have a clue.
Here's what they said:

For a low risk attempt, you could order a 3.8 used presson pulley. I think its only 10.00 this will give you fitment answers. I am not sure of what you mean
